August Hackett Service Delivery Manager
I bring 16 years of customer service experience and a passion for relationship-building, empathy, innovation, and process improvement to my position as Help Desk Manager. I have worked in several roles in IT, starting as an IT assistant, then as a Help Desk Engineer remotely resolving workstation and application issues, followed by a Systems Engineer administering vital infrastructure, to my current Management role. I bring with me important lessons from each stage of my IT career and plan to never stop growing and learning from those around me. I get my fuel from the genuine relationships I build with clients and colleagues and believe our people are our biggest asset. I strive to support the teams I work with. I set them up for full success, delivering unmatched security, customer service, and technology experiences to our clients.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, taking walks, and going on hikes around the Pacific Northwest with my wife! I’m also a casual boxer and baker.
